  • Graphic Designer - Minimum of 2 years experience preferred A portfolio is required. A link or file must be included to apply for this position. The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet Tigé marketing strategies. The Graphic Designer will be tasked with creation of design solutions, from concept to completion, in a wide range of graphic applications including: collateral materials, environmental graphics, catalog publications, brand identity, point of purchase, video titling, multimedia and web interfaces. The Designer plays a vital role on any given project to create concepts, comps, layouts and final art. He/she presents visual solutions to Tige corporate team and helps communicate strategies behind design ideas and executions. He/she also assists outside design professionals and agencies with corporate projects outside of the company. Graphic Designer Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assume creative responsibility for all corporate marketing projects through to completion. From concept and design to production on all print and web material Work closely with the Design & Marketing Director and marketing team to create collateral, promotional and advertising pieces Support the Sales Team in creating necessary sales and trade show material Support the Tigé dealer network in creating necessary corporate material Work closely with the Design & Marketing Director, and outside agencies on the design and production of the annual catalog and other marketing material Perform maintenance and updates tige.com through a content management system Assist with support of all other online media Assist with content and visual creative for social media Available to assist in planning and art directing photo shoots Available to travel on occasion for company Manage Advertising Schedules and creative output in timely structure Manage all creative files in an easy access database Qualifications & Skills Required:
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred Portfolio of excellent design work
 Expert use of Adobe CS suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Fireworks)
 A deep passion for aesthetics, design, marketing and user experience
 Must have professional-level written and verbal communication skills with a superior attention to detail Current knowledge of technologies, trends and items of benefit in the design industry Must be a people person with an energetic and positive attitude Must be able to work in an individual or a team environment Ability to produce work in a fast-paced environment 
 Self-starting, solution-oriented thinker Adaptability, and patience in a fast moving job environment

  • MANUFACTURING/SUPPLY QUALITY ENGINEER - The key responsibilities of this position are to develop and drive continuous improvement of the Tige Quality Standards, capture corrective and preventative actions, drive process improvements through internal processes as well as through external suppliers. Perform supplier audits, and assist in the supplier validation process. This position will also support product/process changes to meet requirements and regulations and act as quality liaison with manufacturing and engineering. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Act as the supplier and manufacturing liaison to the engineering development teams 2. Ownership for supplier quality performance and measurement including Tige’s supplier performance reviews. 3. Lead quality issues with suppliers; Lead effective supplier containment and corrections and corrective actions. 4. Responsible for accuracy and integrity of supplier data that ensures compliance with documented procedures & processes. 5. Work closely with engineering team to ensure quality products are integrated into manufacturing and new model designs. 6. Write test plans and suggest variance specifications for purchase orders or vendor agreements based on product requirements. 7. Analyze, troubleshoot, root-cause manufacturing issues EDUCATION: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Engineering EXPERIENCE: 1. Understand manufacturing environments and can debug at a systems level with ability to identify and correct process violations 2. Able to setup, maintain, develop, and use a fast-paced and flexible manufacturing environment to support factory product introductions and production issue analysis and build new products. 3. Ability to create comprehensive and comprehensible work instructions to support factory personnel and support teams. 4. Ability to write and present clear analysis and project status reports. 5. Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information. REQUIRED SKILLS: 1. Professional verbal and written communication skills 2. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work directly with several teams within our extended engineering, support, and manufacturing departments. 3. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment. 5. Ability to conduct research into product hardware and software issues as required. 6. Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language. 7. Keen attention to details. 8. Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 9. Willingness and ability to travel as needed, domestically and internationally. DESIRABLE SKILLS: 1.
