Tigé is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

  • Gel Coat Detail and Finishing
  • Tooling/Mold Construction/ Mold Maintenance
  • Assembly
  • Upholstery
  • Quality Manager - Responsibilities: • Development control plans and maintain for all manufacturing processes. • Process improvements through root cause analysis, and Failure Modes and Effect Analysis. • Tool calibration system. • Develop statistical process control plans. • Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). • Development of cost of quality. • Work with vendors to improve their quality. • Receiving Inspection improvements. • Validation of conformance to specifications of incoming product • Perform First Article Inspections. • Supervisory duties - Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. • Green Belt or Black Belt is helpful. • Experience in the following is a plus: Control plan development, Root Cause Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Design of Experiment, Production part approval process, advanced product quality planning, Geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T). • Familiarity with ABYC/CE/Canadian standards helpful. • Engineering experience in the boating industry helpful. • Software experience: Excel, Microsoft Project, Power Point, and SPC software.
