Registration is now closed.

• Each dealership location will receive one complimentary hotel room for two nights (2 locations = 2 rooms)

• Please fill this form out for each individual room needed. If you need 2 rooms, we need 2 reservations. A reservation is required for each room and/or person attending so we have an accurate head count, room list to submit to the hotel, and names for badges.

• Additional rooms reserved outside of your complimentary room(s)will be be billed to you. The event room rate is $249, before tax and fees.

• Additional night stays are at dealership's expense.

• REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. All registrations were required to be in by September 17, as previously stated. This was when we were required to submit our room list and head count to the hotel. Reservations cancelled after this date will be charged back to the dealership.
