Tige Boats Receives the Marine Industry’s Top Award for Customer Satisfaction

Tige Boats is proud to once again receive the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s Customer Satisfaction Index Award, having received the prestigious award for eight of the previous years. The CSI Award is presented to the marine industry’s top manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customer.

As a CSI Award recipient, Tige has achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat during the period between April 1, 2013 and March 31, 2014.
