From the minute you walk through the door, meeting your needs is Team AMC’s top priority. Founded not only on excellent customer service, but also on the principles of hard work and a focused attitude, Team AMC is excited to serve Tige owners in their area with a friendly and knowledgeable experience. They will display the 2014 Tige lineup along with a full service center and pro shop to assist you with all of your boating needs.

“As Tige’s innovation and styling continue to be ahead of the competition, we are very happy to be part of the Tige family. We are committed to growing the Tige brand in our area and are excited to be a part of a rapidly expanding dealer network,” stated Bryan Schiffili of Team AMC.

TB: What is Team AMC's story?
AMC:
I started out just working on my family's boats and a few of my friends boats on the weekends out of my garage at home. It quickly grew to their families and friends as well, so I decided to turn it into a business in 2010. That's when I started AMC. Within a year's time, I had quit my day job and started working on boats full time. In 2011, I had enough work coming in to hire two more employees. In 2012, we outgrew another location and we purchased a new building on Hamilton Lake. To this day, I have added seven more awesome team members. The backbone to our company is customer service. We do an amazing job at getting our customers what they need, when they need it so that they can enjoy their time on the water.

TB: What services and products do you offer?
AMC:
We are a full service marina that offers repair on all major brands of watercraft and PWC's. We specialize in everything from the most basic repairs to full restorations and custom installs. We also offer storage, consignment sales, and rentals. Our team offers excellent customer service and is committed to helping out anyone who walks through our doors. Our Parts Department carries a large supply of both OEM and aftermarket parts. In 2012, we added a Pro Shop that is stocked with watersports equipment from Connelly/CWB, Proline, Fox Racing, Body Glove, and much more.

TB: Your shop is near Hamilton Lake. What's been going on over there?
AMC:
Hamilton Lake is located in Steuben county which is known for its 101 lakes and is the fourth largest lake in the state at 843 acres. Wakeboarding is the most popular watersport on the lakes followed by wakesurfing. It has taken wakesurfing awhile to catch on here, but we saw a rapid growth in it last year and are looking forward to its continued growth in 2014. There are many events around the lake every year such as the annual poker run, boat parades, fishing tournaments, concerts, and more. There are also several restaurants and stores that are accessible by boat.

TB: How many years of experience does your staff have?
AMC: Our team averages 16 years of experience, some have a little more, some have a little less. All together we have a combined 90 years.

TB: Do you have any events coming up?
AMC:
We will be having an open house on May 24th. Every Friday starting in May, we will have a Tige loaded up with gear at a different lake in our area for a Demo Day.

TB: Where do you see your business in 10 years?
AMC:
We have been lucky enough to more than double the amount of sales and service every year since 2010 with our main source of advertising being word of mouth. In the next 10 years we would like to look back at our business and see a steady growth in satisfied customers from year to year. I would like to see us making improvements wherever possible and providing a fun, family atmosphere. One of our distant goals that we are always working towards is to become one of Boating Industry's Top 100 Dealers.

TB: Since your dealership open in 2010, what's the biggest change you've seen in boating?
AMC:
I would say that the biggest change we have seen since 2010 is the technology in boats. From touch screens and wake enhancement devices to more powerful, fuel efficient engines.
